Margaret-Ann Bamberg Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Margaret-Ann Bamberg (Simsbury, Connecticut), born in Greenwich, Connecticut, who passed away on January 17, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As we bid farewell to this cherished soul, solace is taken in the memories held dear — the laughter shared, the wisdom imparted, the moments of quiet reflection in their presence. Though Margaret-Ann may no longer walk among us, her spirit lives on in the echoes of her kindness, the warmth of her embrace, and the light of her enduring love.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Dr. Henry Otis Howgate of Greenwich and Mary Wallace Howgate of Schenectady, N. Y.; her husband Robert W. Bamberg; her sister Cynthia Ross Howgate Servadio; her sons, Paul and John; and her granddaughter Lindsay Bamberg Splain.
She is survived by: her children, Claire W. Bamberg (Lynda B. Howells) of Randolph Center, VT and Robert O. Bamberg. She is also survived by six grandchildren, and nine great-grandchildren.
