She was predeceased by: her half-sister Dora Johnson of Indiana. She is survived by: her husband Bruce A. Thompson; her sons, Brian A. Thompson (Ann) of Weatogue and Bradley A. Thompson (Kara) of West Hartford; her granddaughters, Cassidy Shelley Thompson and Hannah Marie Thompson; her sister Sharon Pence (David) of Marion; her nieces, Michelle McQueen, Melissa Higdon and Megan Snyder; and her caregiver Michelle. She is also survived by four grandnieces and one grandnephew, and her brother-in-law.
A celebration of life was held on Saturday, September 12th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the Vincent Funeral Home (880 Hopmeadow St, Simsbury, CT 06070).
