He is survived by: his wife Marilou; his children, Lynne (Mike Cefole), Andrew and Michael O'Hara, Jr. (Kim); his grandchildren, Emily and Jack; his daughter Jill Greene (Jeff); and his grandchildren, Hope and Tighe.
