Patricia L. Kulbacki Obituary
We are sad to announce that on April 3, 2024, at the age of 75, Patricia L. Kulbacki of Simsbury, Connecticut, born in Baltimore, Maryland passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Patricia L. Kulbacki to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by : her husband Ronald L. Kulbacki; her parents, Mary Redding (Harbin) and William E. Phillips; her sister Frances Neely (Phillips); and her stepfather Paschal E. Redding.
She is survived by : her daughters, Mary (Kulbacki) and Blackman (Tyler Brush) of Marlborough, CT; her grandsons, Hunter, Wyatt and Owen Blackman; and her sister-in-law Judith Kulbacki of Colden, NY. She is also survived by many loving cousins, nephews, nieces, and long-time friends.
