Thomas R. Lipscomb Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Thomas R. Lipscomb of Simsbury, Connecticut, who passed away on June 1, 2025, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert D. Lipscomb and Ruth T. Lipscomb (Thygeson). He is survived by: his wife Sandra Lipscomb (Haigh); his children, Stephen (Liz Lipscomb) of Watertown, MA, Rachel (Eric Wellman) of Simsbury, CT and Ryan (Kristen Lipscomb) of Corvallis, OR; his brother John (Susan Lipscomb) of Wayzata, MN; his brothers-in-law, David (Nancy Haigh) of San Diego, CA and John (Sara Haigh) of Nags Head, NC; and his grandchildren, James, Jayna, Mason, Trevor and Juniper. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, June 24th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Simsbury United Methodist Church (799 Hopmeadow St, Simsbury, CT 06070).
