Jack Provenzano Obituary

We are sad to announce that on March 10, 2024 we had to say goodbye to Jack Provenzano of Somers, Connecticut, born in Brooklyn, New York. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by : his parents, Salvatore Provenzano and Marie Provenzano; his wife Anita Hartmann; and his sister Mae Guida. He is survived by : his children, Jack (Kathy Provenzano), Steven (Cheryl Provenzano), Diane Provenzano (Leo Leone) of Somers and Lisa (Michael Marandino); his sister Linda Karayeanes (Charles) of Long Island, NY; and his nephews, John, Kevin, Joe and Nicholas Makar. He is also survived by 15 grandchildren, 8 great-grandchildren.
