He was predeceased by : his parents, James McTeague and Bernice McTeague (Felhage); his daughter Patricia Theriault (Brent); his wife Doris McTeague; and his brothers, John McTeague and Bill McTeague.

He is survived by : his children, Kathleen Cooper (George), Dennis (Jean), Timothy (Sharon) and Mary Ahlquist (Craig); his siblings, Gertrude Kulig of Narragansett, RI and F. Gerald; and his sister-in-law Janet McTeague of Wethersfield, CT. He is also survived by cousins, nieces, nephews and friends.
