It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Matilda Wojtach of Somers, Connecticut, who passed away on March 26, 2026, at the age of 98, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Buczkowski and Julia Buczkowski (Gabriel); and her siblings, Louis Buczkowski of California and Janina Pawlak of Poland. She is survived by: her children, Linda Wojtach and Tom Walters of Somers; her nieces, Robin Mitchell (Buczkowski), Miroslawa Kotkowska and Danuta Kulibab; her great-niece Agnieska Kotkowska; her great-nephew Maciej Kaseja; and her friends, Jean and Bob Kozuch of Ellington, CT.
