He is survived by: his wife Sunbin "Sheila" Yim; his daughters, Sunjung (Bret) of Washington, D. C. and YuJung (Jonathan) of South Kent; and his grandchildren, Cecily, Eiger and Dru. He is also survived by three sisters, two brothers.
