He is survived by: his wife Joan Fegan (Chagnon); his son Brian Fegan of Willimantic, Connecticut; his grandchildren, Auriana Sanchez (Roberto) of Willimantic, CT, Anyka, Jayleen, Katelyn Fegan of Mansfield Center, CT and Xavier Fegan; his great grandchildren, Berkley and Darren Fegan of Willimantic, CT.; and his sister Jill Fegan of Sarasota, Florida..
