Catherine Myra (Martin) Soares Obituary

We are sad to announce that on March 9, 2023 we had to say goodbye to Catherine Myra (Martin) Soares of South Windsor, Connecticut, born in Brooklyn, New York. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by : her husband Richard Soares; her parents, Vincent Martin and Catherine Martin (Lythgoe); her son Richard E. Soares; her grandson Curt Soares II; and her siblings, Rosemary Saunders and Vincent Martin.

She is survived by : her children, Catherine Fletcher (Patrick) of Newington, Debra Zimmer (Kyle) of South Windsor, Karen Miller (Greg) of South Windsor, Scott Soares (Debbie) of South Windsor and Curt Soares (Marie) of North Carolina; and her sister Helen Gajewski of New Bedford, MA. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren, and 10 great grandchildren.
