He is survived by: his wife Joan (Campbell) of Flemington, NJ; his children, Daniel S. Thomas (Tricia), Andi of Nolensville, TN and Carole Demarest (TJ Burnett); and his grandsons, Kyle and Erik of Rocky Hill, CT.. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations in Daniel's name may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
