We bid farewell to Donald R. Sharp of South Windsor, Connecticut, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on November 10, 2025 at the age of 87. Donald touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. He was predeceased by: his wife Judith Sharp (Massicotte); and his parents, Robert Sharp and Ellen Sharp (Foster). He is survived by: his daughters, Christine Kurtzman of South Windsor and Lori Czapla (Walter) of Manchester; his grandsons, Michael Kurtzman of South Windsor and Aaron Kurtzman of South Windsor; and his siblings, Edward Sharp (Barbara) of Andover, Lois Pabst (Brian) of Tolland, Marion Loferski (Michael) of Coventry, Harry Sharp (Ellen) of South Windsor, Betty Harrison of South Windsor and Ruth McGinley (Wayne) of Tolland. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Saturday, November 15th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Samsel & Carmon Funeral Home (419 Buckland Rd, South Windsor, CT 06074). A funeral service was held on Sunday, November 16th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Wapping Community Church (1790 Ellington Rd, South Windsor, CT 06074).
