She is survived by: her spouse Riccardo Liburdi; her children, Richard Liburdi (Kathryn) of West Hartford and Sandra Jones (Bud) of South Windsor; her sister Maria Theriault of Newington; and her grandchildren, Christopher Jones (Selina), Nicholas Jones, Christiana Jones, Dario Liburdi, Ariel Liburdi and Natasha Page.

In lieu of flowers memorial donations in Elisabetta's memory may be made to the American Diabetes Association.
