He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Henry Wilson Syphers and Bernice A. Syphers of Bristol, CT.; his son Henry T. Syphers; his wife Rebecca E. Syphers; his daughter Hannah Fahey; his son-in-law Thomas J. Fahey IV; his grandchildren, Luke Fahey (Fenn) and Anna Fahey of Stafford; his brother Vance A. Syphers; his sister-in-law Donna Syphers of Raliegh, NC.; his niece Kim Oakley; and his nephew Scott Syphers.
