She was predeceased by: her parents, George Howard and Olive Howard (Watson); her spouse Jewell Burnham; and her siblings, Anna Howard and Lee Howard.

She is survived by: her daughter Cathy Levine; her grandchildren, Lindsay Adams Soulia, Brenden J. Backus and Ryan J. Backus; her great grandchildren, Peyton Soulia and Landon Backus; and her brother James Howard.

A memorial service will be held on Saturday, November 7th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:30 PM at the First Congregational Church (993 Main St, South Windsor, CT 06074).
