She was predeceased by: her parents, Thornton Hobby and Olive Hobby (Palmer). She is survived by: her husband Howard A. Dorman; her sister Pamela Desmarais (Bill) of Tolland; her niece Brittany Mitchell (Scott); her nephew Geoffrey Desmarais (Aubrey); her great-nephew Elvin Mitchell; her sister-in-law Ruth Anne Dorman of South Windsor; and her friend Shiva.
