He was predeceased by: his grandparents, James Butler, Sr. and Shirley Butler; and his uncle Jim Butler, Jr.. He is survived by: his parents, Derrick and Carina; his grandmother Martha Lancaster; his aunt Deborah Grenier; his uncles, Aaron Butler (Elsie), Wayne Lancaster and David Grenier; his cousins, Devin Grenier, Dylan Grenier, Danielle Greiner and Aaron Butler, Jr.; and also Moorea.
Visitation will be held on Monday, June 23rd 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Tuesday, June 24th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Lodge Community Chapel (130 Deerfield Rd, Windsor, CT 06095). A prayer will be held on Monday, June 23rd 2025 at 6:00 PM at the same location. A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, June 24th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. During the pandemic, he helped manage Personal Protective Equipment inventory for the State of Connecticut Emergency Services.
