She is survived by: her husband Tom; her sons, Richard Czelazewicz, Jr. of Manchester, Brent Rogers of Windsor and Brendon Rogers of South Windsor; and her siblings, Michael Butterworth (Judy) of Oakdale, Thomas Butterworth (Irma) of Nashville, TN and Susan Ackell (Ken) of Brookfield. She is also survived by eight nieces and nephews.
