He was predeceased by: his parents, William F. Mangan and Evelyn Mangan (Smith). He is survived by: his spouse Clare Mangan (LaBrie); his children, Gayle M. Kassal (Peter) of Annapolis, MD, Christine M. Cooney (Kevin) of South Windsor and Brian L. Mangan (Malini) of Plantation, FL; his sisters, Ann Marie Wells (Donald) of Clinton and Karen King (Kenneth) of Southington; his grandchildren, Kaitlyn Mangan, Sarah Cooney, Collin Kassal, Simran Mangan, Liam Mangan and Skye Kassal; and his great grandchildren, Kayden Lawrence Mangan and Kaylani Mangan.
