It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Leonard Arthur Brassard of South Windsor, Connecticut, born in Hartford, Connecticut, who passed away on June 22, 2023, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur James Brassard and Bernadette Brassard (Bisson); his uncles, Gerald Bisson, Armond Bisson, Leonard Bisson and Raymond Bisson; and his aunt Theresa Gagnon.
He is survived by: his wife Sandra Brassard (Kazman); his sibling's children, Bill Frazer (Kim) of Southwick, MA and Chere Norris of Manchester; his brother-in-law Kenneth Frazer of West Springfield, MA; his uncle Francis Brisson (Mary) of Vernon; and his aunt Anita Kowal of Manchester.
