She was predeceased by: her parents, Stefan Penhacker and Maria Penhacker; her husband Martin Szeber; and her brother Stefan Penhacker. She is survived by: her son Martin F.; her daughter-in-law Diane Szeber of Orleans, Massachusetts; her daughter Elizabeth; her son-in-law Robert Allyn of Vernon; her grandchildren, Lauren Szeber, Jonathan Szeber (Mary Ryan), Benjamin Allyn (Kate Jones) and Nicholas Allyn; her great grandchild Benjamin; and her sister Ruth. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, October 21st 2026 from 9:00 AM to 10:30 AM at the Holmes Watkins Funeral Home (400 Main St, Manchester, CT 06040). A Mass was held on Wednesday, October 21st 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the St. Bridget Church (80 S Main St, Manchester, CT 06042). A burial was held on Wednesday, October 21st 2026 from 12:15 PM to 12:45 PM at the St. James Cemetery (368 Broad St, Manchester, CT 06040).
