She was predeceased by : her husband Clifford Bruce Daugherty; her parents, Lionel Y. LaReau and Lorena LaReau (Martell); and her siblings, Wilda Pritchard, Charles LaReau and James LaReau.

She is survived by : her children, Stephen Daugherty of Vernon, Karen Harris of Newtown, Gregory Daugherty (Kathleen) of South Windsor, Lisa Philbrick (Paul) of Vernon, Elizabeth Samsel (Mark) of South Windsor, Alice Gosselin (Philip) of East Hartford and Timothy Daugherty of Broad Brook; and her sister Wilma Dexter of Elm Grove, WI.. She is also survived by 14 grandchildren, 17 great grandchildren.
