He was predeceased by: his parents, Pershing Wiggins and Catherine Wiggins (Delano). He is survived by: his wife Mary Wiggins (Patsky); his son Samuel Wiggins (Megan) of Tolland; his grandsons, Liam and Elliot Wiggins; his siblings, David Wiggins (Aggie), Donna Miller, Mary "Cathy" Madison (Rick), Ann Marie Craig (Norman), Peter Wiggins (Dolly), Margaret Stanley (Ulrich "Stan"), Mary "Beth" Wiggins and Carol Wiggins; and his close friends, Dan, John, Ed and Howard. He is also survived by nieces, nephews.
