He was predeceased by: his parents, Lucien Ouellette and Alice Ouellette (Levesque); his sister Claudette; and his brother-in-law Alan Powell. He is survived by: his wife Pauline Ouellette (Laskowski); his daughter Tracy Lynn Ouellette (Suzanne Coles) of Granby; and his nieces and nephews, Lynn Tomaino (Pasquale), Kim Gauvin, Scott Doolittle, Philip Laskowski and Kathy Laskowski.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, October 18th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Samsel & Carmon Funeral Home (419 Buckland Rd, South Windsor, CT 06074). A funeral Mass will be held on Tuesday, October 20th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the St. Junipero Serra Parish - St. Francis (673 Ellington Rd, South Windsor, CT 06074). A burial will be held on Tuesday, October 20th 2026 at 11:30 AM at the St. Mary Cemetery (930 Burnside Ave, East Hartford, CT 06108).
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Tunnel to Towers Foundation or to the St. Jude Children's Hospital.
