It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Stanislawa Widera of South Windsor, Connecticut, who passed away on July 24, 2023, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, Franciszek Pelka and Marianna Pelka (Bednarz); her husband Boleslaw Widera; and her siblings, Lukasz Pelka, Helena Duszyska, Maria Peszynska and Franciszek Pelka.
She is survived by : her sister Frances Medina (Carlos) of South Windsor; her nieces and nephews, Monique Pezic (Juro) of South Windsor, Maria Paxi (Rafael) of South Windsor, Teresa Consolini (James) of Suffield, Henryka Wolozanski (Donald) of Erie, PA, Carlo Medina (Erica) of Santa Monica, CA and Lucjan Pelka (Cara) of Erie, PA; her great-nieces and great-nephews, Julian Medina, Carmella Pezic, Natalia Paxi, Theo Medina, Savannah Medina and Christian Pelka (Alexandrea); and also Frances (America).
