He was predeceased by : his parents, Walter Griffin and Marie Griffin (Jones); and his wife Gwendolyn Griffin (Hallums). He is survived by : his children, Regina Walker (Marcus), Cheryl Griffin (Kevin), Virgil Griffin Jr. (Monique) and Reggie Griffin (Amy); and his grandchildren, Kiele, Courtney, Genae, Dakari, Joscelyn, Jacquelyn, Jarred, Javon, Donald, Nina and Reece. He is also survived by his 6 great-grandchildren; and many loved nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
