With sadness, we share the passing of Brian R. Higgins (Southbury, Connecticut). Brian, born on May 30, 1952 in Boston, Massachusetts, passed away on July 11, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Family, friends, and acquaintances remember Brian for his warmth, thoughtfulness, and the moments shared together. While he will be deeply missed, the influence he had on the lives around him remains. Loved ones will reflect on the time spent together. He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Higgins and Gloria Higgins; and his brother Dennis. He is survived by: his wife Joanne Higgins; his siblings, Neil (Cindy), Robert (Georgeann), Kevin (Peg), Sheila Scalia (Kevin) and Kathy Mason (Paul); and his sister-in-law Claudia Higgins.
A celebration of life will be held on Wednesday, September 30th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the Sacred Heart Church (910 Main St S, Southbury, CT 06488).
