She was predeceased by: her parents, Sidney Beach Gilmore Sr. and Edna May White Gilmore; her husband Paul Atwell Palmer; her son Alan Gilmore Palmer; and her brother Sydney B. Gilmore.
She is survived by: her children, Randolph Reynold Palmer (Nancy) of Pennsylvania and Virginia Palmer-Skok (Andrew) of Monroe; her grandchildren, Narissa Palmer, Leanna Elizabeth Palmer and Jason Michael Palmer of New York City; her sibling's children, Sydney B. Gilmore III (Anna) of Texas, Robert Gilmore Sr. of Texas, Robert Gilmore Jr. of Texas, Jodie Gilmore of Texas, Taylor Gilmore of Texas, Brandon of Auburn, Ryan of Auburn, Justin of Auburn, Ben of Auburn and Catherine of Auburn; and her brother-in-law Lawrence Palmer of California.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 8th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Munson-Lovetere Funeral Home (235 Main St N, Southbury, CT 06488). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 9th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Church of the Epiphany (262 Main St N, Southbury, CT 06488). A burial will be held on Thursday, October 9th 2025 at the Pine Hill Cemetery.
