Chris Olsen Sr. Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Chris Olsen Sr. (Southbury, Connecticut), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on September 12, 2025 at the age of 73. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Chris Olsen Sr. to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Olsen and Lillian Olsen. He is survived by: his child Chris H. Olsen Jr. (Karin); his grandchildren, Brayden and Harper; his daughter Jennifer Olsen Gura (James); his granddaughters, Lillian and Emily (Doreen Stanton); his great grandchildren, Hope and Walker; and his siblings, Maren Gurevich (Dennis) and James Olsen (Karen). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Sunday, September 28th 2025 from 8:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Munson-Lovetere Funeral Home (235 Main St N, Southbury, CT 06488). A memorial service was held on Sunday, September 28th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
