She was predeceased by: her parents, Majorie Baxter and Edward Baxter; her husband Thomas O'Connell; her sister Marcia; her siblings-in-law, Orlando "Fred" Cornacchio and Eilene (Paul Perdick); her grandson Christopher O'Connell; and her great grandchild Daniel O'Connell.
She is survived by: her sister Brenda (Mike Murphy); her children, Mary Norris (Chris) of Southbury, Edward O'Connell of Southington and Robert O'Connell (Ellen) of North Port; her grandchildren, Theresa, Amy, Erin, Thomas and Ryan (Ginni); and her great grandchildren, Violet and Patrick O'Connell. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
