We are sad to announce that, on May 4, 2025, at the age of 84, Edward Clark Harney of Southbury, Connecticut, born in New Haven, Connecticut passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

Though Edward may have slipped beyond the veil of mortality, his essence lingers like a faint fragrance in the air, a lingering reminder of the beauty and complexity of the human experience.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Norma Harney and Edward A. Harney. He is survived by: his daughter Elizabeth Hanna (Ellie); his son-in-law Ken; his grandchildren, Steven, Christopher and Catie; his sister Elinor Schiavi (Don); and his nieces, Susan Schiavi and Tamara Duhamel (Joe).
