He is survived by: his daughters, Mary Buzak (James) of Bethel, Michelle Berke (Anthony) of Exeter, NH and Rebecca Busch Adams (Christopher) of Wolcott, CT.; his siblings, Joseph Busch of Sacramento, CA, Margaret Ortbals of St. Louis, MO, Rita Gibbs (Robert) of Oregon, Jeanne Ortwerth of St. Peter, MO, Leo Busch (Judy) of Atlanta, GA and Ruth Williamson (late Pat); and his grandchildren, Margaret Buzak, Julia Buzak, Victoria Berke, Amanda Berke, Zachary Adams and Jessica Adams. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
