He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmer Proctor and Marjorie Proctor (Morrison); and his siblings, Elmer Proctor, Jr., Christine Montgomery, Nancy Proctor and Marjorie Anderson.
He is survived by: his wife Ellen Proctor; his children, Jeanne Cinnamon (Neil), Gregory Proctor (Amy), Alan Proctor (Linda) and Linda Fields (Bob); and his friends, Joop, Gerda Groenewegen and La Pocicas. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
