With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Janet M. Auresto of Southbury, Connecticut, born in Rushville, Indiana, who passed away on April 9, 2024 at the age of 95. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Janet M. Auresto to pay them a last tribute.

She was predeceased by : her husband John C. Auresto; her parents, Virgil Myers and Mildred Newman Myers; her son Stephen D. Auresto; and her sisters, Mary Hensley and Betty Borders.

She is survived by : her children, Linda Klose (Ted) of Southbury, JoAnn Manuli (Rocco) of Oakville and John A. Auresto (Margaret) of New York; her daughter-in-law Theresa Auresto of Southbury; and her grandchildren, Lori-Ann Lamson, Diane Melinosky, Stephen J. Auresto, John C. Auresto and Nicholas J. Auresto. She is also survived by ten great-grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren.

Visitation was held on Friday, April 19th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Munson-Lovetere Funeral Home (235 Main St N, Southbury, CT 06488).
