She is survived by: her siblings, James Fox, Barbara McCool (Fox), Margaret Moon (Fox), Tony Fox and Roy Fox; her husband Michael Kukel; her children, Jennifer Kukel and Michael Kukel; her children-in-law, Denielle Kukel and James Babcock; and her grandchildren, Sophia, Olivia, Hannah and Arthur.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made in Kathleen's name to the Alzheimer's Association.
