She was predeceased by: her parents, Ronald Granniss Walker and Grace Parson Walker; her sisters, Grace and Marlene; her nieces, Christine and Patricia; and her great-niece Jessica.

She is survived by: her husband Robert E. Lauer of Southbury, CT.; her daughter Kristin Pronvovost; her son-in-law John of Woodbury; her son Mark Lauer; her daughter-in-law Erica of Orange; her grandchildren, Austin, Logan Pronovost, Olivia and Nathan Lauer; her sister Janice Duszak of Wolcott; and her nieces and nephews, Deborah, Doreen, JoAnne, Bonnie, Laura, Michael, David and John.
