He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph T. Hanley and Georgina Hanley (Englehart); and his siblings, William Fleming, James Fleming, James Hanley, John Hanley, Germaine Hanley, Jane Howson and Betty Baker.
He is survived by: his wife Barbara Hanley (Santasiere); his sons, Robert Hanley and Raymond "John" Hanley (Nancy Camp); his stepson Ben Rodgers; his brothers, Joseph Hanley (Alice) of Naugatuck and Robert; and his grandchildren, Sharon Muir, Rebecca Hanley, Andrew Hanley and Lara Hanley.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Raymond's name can be made to a charity of donor's choice.
