He is survived by: his wife Lenore; his stepchildren, Andrew, Michelle, John, Elizabeth Chiappetta and Chiappetta; his grandchildren, Shai, Luca, Maya and Laura; his sons, Joe (Connie), Raymond "Scott" (Veronica "Ronnie"), Scott Kochetta and Sturm; and his grandchildren, Nick, Zack, Ellie, Andrew, Taylor Ben and Toria.
Visitation was held on Thursday, September 18th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Munson-Lovetere Funeral Home (235 Main St N, Southbury, CT 06488). A celebration of life was held on Thursday, September 18th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Friday, September 19th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Cypress Hills Cemetery (833 Jamaica Ave, Brooklyn, NY 11208).
