We are sad to announce that on April 24, 2024, at the age of 81, Roger H. Samuels of Southbury, Connecticut passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his parents, Emlen Samuels and Gladys Samuels (Sweeney). He is survived by : his sisters, Jane Hayes of Naples, FL and Barbara Pummer of Rockmart, GA; his wife Elizabeth "Beth" (Kenagy); his son John; his daughter-in-law Sandra (Budd) of Coventry, CT; his children, Peter of Vernon, CT and Lily; his son-in-law Jay Andrews; his grandchildren, Ronin and Magnus of Southbury, CT; his great grandchild Thomas; and also Elizabeth (Gilbert) of Southbury, CT.. He is also survived by wife, and delighting in his two grandsons.

Visitation was held on Friday, May 3rd 2024 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Munson-Lovetere Funeral Home (235 Main St N, Southbury, CT 06488). A celebration of life was held on Saturday, May 4th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Calvary Southbury (354 Kettletown Rd, Southbury, CT 06488). A reception was held on Saturday, May 4th 2024 at 4:00 PM at the Calvary Southbury Church (354 Kettletown Rd, Southbury, CT 06488).
