Anita L. Pesce Obituary
We announce the death of Anita L. Pesce of Southington, Connecticut, who passed away on October 3, 2026, at the age of 83. Anita will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Louis Simone and Mary Simone (D'Amato). She is survived by: her husband Vito Pesce; her children, Christopher Pesce (Donna) of Orange County, California and Alisa Neely of Needham; her grandchildren, Aimee Della Bitta (Paul) of Carlsbad, Isabella, Eve Neely, Sophia Pesce, Eli and Georgia Della Bitta; and her sister Karen Angelo (Raymond) of Cheshire. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 14th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Plantsville Funeral Home (975 S Main St, Plantsville, CT 06479). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 15th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the same location. A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Thursday, October 15th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the St. Aloysius Church (254 Burritt St, Plantsville, CT 06479).
