She was predeceased by: her parents, Andrew Hubeny and Veronica Hubeny (Kobylarz); and her husband Philip D'Agostino.

Visitation will be held on Friday, October 9th 2026 from 8:15 AM to 10:15 AM at the DellaVecchia Funeral Home (211 N Main St, Southington, CT 06489). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Friday, October 9th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the St. Aloysius Church (254 Burritt St, Plantsville, CT 06479). A burial will be held on Friday, October 9th 2026 from 12:15 PM to 12:30 PM at the Saint Thomas Cemetery St Thomas Cemetery (342 Meriden Ave, Southington, CT 06489).
