He is survived by: his wife Karen; his sister Ann of Southington; and his children, Anthony Casale, Jr. of Southington, Deborah Hebditch (Randy) of Massachusetts, Lynne Forbotnick (Robert) of Plainville and Frank Casale (Catarina) of Southington. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren and 9 great-grandchildren, along with many loving family members and friends.
