He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Williams Sr. and Louise Hodges; and his sister Margaret. He is survived by: his wife Pamela Rose Williams; his children, Francis Williams (Lydia Cassarino), Julia Smith (Tyree), Aimee Jackson (Jonathan) and Maia Williams; his grandchildren, Portia, Jerae Williams, Jeramys, Shardae Williams, Zayleana Delgado, Everly and Hollis Jackson; his great grandchildren, Sutton, Gray Williams, Analeiah and Carmelo Anthony Delgado; his siblings, Alvin "Speedy", Theresa, Dolores "LoLo", Audrey, Janice and Rhoda; his in-laws, Marie Morrison, Martha and Benjamin Brown; and his friends, Maritza and Ronnie Maia. He is also survived by nieces, nephews.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, May 24th 2025 at 12:30 PM at the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses (2670 N Main St, Waterbury, CT 06704). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, May 24th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
