She was predeceased by: her parents, Ervin Screen and Rita Screen (Carter); her husband Dave; and her brother Gary Screen. She is survived by: her children, Lori LePage and Kevin Lazzari (Delia) of Southington; her grandchildren, Taylor, Brandi, Cassie LePage and Ashley Lazzari; her great grandchildren, Penelope and Ophelia; her brother Kenneth Screen (Doris) of New Britain; and her close friends, Thomas Reardon of Southington, Bonnie and Ken Kizilski of Southington. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Friday, May 23rd 2025 from 9:30 AM to 11:00 AM at the Plantsville Funeral Home (975 S Main St, Plantsville, CT 06479). A funeral service was held on Friday, May 23rd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
