He is survived by: his parents, Kim Simons (Santagata) and Anthony "Tony" Simons; his grandmother Diane Simons; his uncle Mike Simons; his aunt Becky Simons (Levesque); his niece Hayden Curter (Dec); his great-niece Parker Curter; and his godparents, Darlene LeVasseur and Dave Lamontagne. He is also survived by many great aunts, uncles, cousins, extended family members, and friends.
