It is with great sadness that we announce the death of David A. Forgione (Southington, Connecticut), born in Middletown, Connecticut, who passed away on November 28, 2023, at the age of 64, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Forgione and Ruth Forgione (Kritz). He is survived by: his children, Lauren Forgione (Ruby Russell) of West Hartford, David Forgione Jr. (Lauren) of Plantsville and Daniel Forgione (Kaitlin) of Plantsville; and his grandchildren, Ella, David III, Jack, Charlotte, Madison, Vance and Gwen (Peggy Forgione) of Plantsville. He is also survived by loving extended family and many friends.
