He is survived by: his wife Cynthia Fasulo (Aszklar); his children, Stephanie Michaud (Richard Jr.), David Fasulo Jr. (Paige) and Nicole Holbrook; his grandchildren, Adrianna, Emerson, Gracyn and Carmina; his niece Meghan Burns (Edward IV); and his brother-in-law William Aszklar.
