It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Edward P. Kordys of Southington, Connecticut, who passed away on January 10, 2023, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his father Paul Kordys; his wife Mildred Kordys (Kosienski); his son Edward Leon Kordys; and his siblings, Joseph, Walter Kordys, Harriet Dominello, Stella Budnick, Elizabeth Pernal, Helen Swiatek and Catherine Frederick.
He is survived by: his daughters, Denise Carriera, Theresa Gaberman (Teri) of Wilton, CT and Cynthia Kordys of Swanzey, NH; his grandsons, Jason Kordys (Rebecca) of Watertown, CT, Jonathan Gaberman of Northampton, MA and Aaron Gaberman of State College, PA; his great grandchildren, Brandon and Christian; his caregiver Helen Barone of Southington; his pet Miley; and his caregivers, Marigold and Erica. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
