She was predeceased by: her parents, George Polak and Katherine Polak (Kravonka); her husband Paul R. DellaPuca; and her sister Mary Oblon. She is survived by: her children, Edward DellaPuca (Elaine) of South Carolina and Paula Johndro (Michael) of Maine; her grandsons, Jason DellaPuca (Nikki) of Maine, Steven Johndro (Shelley) of Maine and Christopher Johndro (Katrina) of Maine; her great grandchildren, Hannah, Cameron and Mackenzie; and her brother Albert Polak (Lillian) of Plantsville. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
